Flexible Scheduling

While you may have found some construction companies have been booked up when you need something done in a hurry, we feel we have the size that would be capable of helping companies in a bind. We can generally adjust our schedules to accommodate the needs of an emergency situation. While we know that in a perfect world everybody would have adequate lead time, but in the real world your projects have compressed schedules and looming closing dates necessitating the need for special consideration. We will make every effort to lend a helping hand.

Licensed, Bonded, and Insured

At Dusable Construction Company Inc., we have all the necessary licenses, bonds, and insurance. We have a City of Chicago business license, a State of Illinois Unlimited Roofing License, Union and City Bonding, and have a $5 million business liability policy and $1 million workers compensation policy.

Working Relationship with Suppliers

We have established a solid working relationship with all major suppliers, enabling us to access high-quality materials for your construction projects. If you prefer a specific manufacturer’s product, we are capable of providing those materials.
