Flexible Scheduling:   While you may have found some construction companies have been booked up when you need something done in a hurry, we feel we have the size that would be capable of helping companies in a bind. We can generally adjust our schedules to accommodate the needs of an emergency situation. While we know that in a perfect world everybody would have adequate lead time, but in the real world your projects have compressed schedules and looming closing dates necessitating the need for special consideration. We will make every effort to lend a helping hand.

Experienced English-Speaking Crews:   We recognize the need for a construction company to have a clean line of communication with all of its sub-contractors and trade partners. Therefore, we provide every crew team with English-speaking members to ensure that your communication needs will be fulfilled.

Union Contracting Company that is Women and Minority Owned:   We have all the necessary documentation to satisfy the requirements of those contractors with specific needs. We currently are certified with the City of Chicago, State of Illinois, Department of Aviation, and Water Reclamation District as a W. B. E. (Women Business Enterprise) and are minority owned.

Licensed, Bonded, and Insured:   We have a City of Chicago business license, a State of Illinois Roofing License, Union and City Bonding, and have a $5 million business liability policy and $1 million workers compensation policy.

Working Relationship with all Major Suppliers:   We have accounts with most city and suburban building material suppliers enabling us to service your project wherever it is located. If you prefer a specific manufacturer’s product, we are capable of providing those materials.

Residential and Commercial:   We have the experience to serve your needs from one house to an entire home subdivision or from a single business to a large complex. Our completed projects include private homes, townhouses, apartment buildings, hotels, schools, healthcare facilities, banks, restaurants, tract home developments, and federally funded housing developments (HUD and CHA).
